Access to aaaji is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, physically located in the Philippines, and legally permitted to engage in online gaming under Philippine law. Age verification is mandatory at registration.
Each player may register and maintain only one (1) aaaji account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
aaaji operates under a license granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities, financial transactions, and dispute resolution processes are subject to PAGCOR oversight and Philippine law.
All promotional bonuses, free spins, and reload offers issued by aaaji are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of systematic exploitation will result in bonus cancellation.
Players may not use automated software, exploits, chargebacks, or any form of fraudulent behavior on the aaaji platform. Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds, subject to applicable Philippine law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from use of the aaaji platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines.

By creating an account, accessing the aaaji website, or using any part of the aaaji platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the aaaji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active aaaji account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. aaaji may, at its discretion, close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances without further notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaaji login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. aaaji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
You must notify aaaji immediately via the platform's live chat support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. aaaji may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access, in your best interests and those of the platform's security integrity.
You agree that all transactions conducted through your aaaji account following successful authentication will be deemed authorized by you, unless you have previously notified aaaji of suspected unauthorized access.
aaaji currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice, and aaaji does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment channel.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. aaaji reserves the right to return funds to the source account and request additional verification where the beneficial ownership of deposited funds is unclear.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to aaaji's standard KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification procedures. aaaji reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your aaaji account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted based on account verification status and applicable regulatory requirements.
aaaji may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms including but not limited to: minimum wagering requirements, game contribution weightings, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, validity periods, and withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.
Promotion-specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page within the aaaji platform at the time the promotion is active. Players are responsible for reading and understanding promotion terms before participating. aaaji reserves the right to void bonus awards and resulting winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has abused, exploited, or circumvented the intent of any promotional offer.
aaaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to compliance with applicable PAGCOR requirements.
All games available on the aaaji platform are operated in accordance with their published rules. RNG (Random Number Generator) based games use independently certified random number generation algorithms. Live casino games are operated by certified studio providers with real dealers and physical equipment subject to independent audit.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, aaaji reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return wagered stakes to the player's account balance. aaaji's determination in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual player outcomes. Past game results have no influence on future game outcomes.

Your use of the aaaji platform does not grant you any ownership rights or licenses in any aaaji intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, aaaji, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the aaaji platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities arising from technical disruptions.
aaaji's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
aaaji does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, although aaaji takes commercially reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security.
aaaji reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication on the aaaji website.
Your continued use of the aaaji platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the amendment's effective date.
aaaji may suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time and without prior notice where aaaji reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory authority.
Upon termination for cause, aaaji reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation and, where applicable, to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
Players may close their own aaaji accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests, which will be processed in the normal course subject to standard verification requirements.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, transactions, or account actions, players must first submit a formal complaint to aaaji via the platform's live chat or support email. aaaji will investigate and respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days. If the complaint cannot be resolved directly, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint and dispute resolution channels.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines.
